Yeovil based water engineering company Sparrow Quality Water Solutions has been acquired by ABS Wastewater Technology.

Yeovil based water engineering company Sparrow Quality Water Solutions has been acquired by ABS Wastewater Technology.

Designed to further increase the service capability of ABS, particularly in the domestic and industrial pump market, the purchase will deliver benefits to both companies' customers.

Steve Hunt, General Manager of Sparrow Quality Water Solutions commented: "We are now able to significantly extend our product offering together with providing an extended portfolio of services throughout the UK".

The acquisition of Sparrow Quality Water Solutions, which currently has a number of contracts to supply and maintain pump systems, was welcomed by ABS Managing Director Mark Bartlett.
