Alibre Design is now available in a German-language version.

Alibre Design is now available in a German-language version.

Alibre Design employs a unique language translation interface which permits authorised partners to offer translated versions of the application without a recompile or build by Alibre, thereby allowing rapid deployment of the software in other languages.

"The German version of Alibre Design provides exciting growth opportunities as German-speaking countries represent one of the largest mechanical CAD markets in the world", said Greg Milliken, President and CEO at Alibre.

"We have excellent partners in these markets; with their help we intend to make a major impact by delivering powerful software at a reasonable price backed by strong local sales and support".

"Using the integrated translation interface, we translated the product into German in under two months", said Christian Battlogg, owner of Battlogg Design, an Alibre partner based in Thuringen, Austria.

"Alibre Design offers such compelling value that the only thing holding us back was the availability of a German version.

This is what our customers have been waiting for".

"There has been significant demand for a product like Alibre Design in our region for some time", said Andre Hurler of Cadtec Switzerland, an Alibre partner located in Zurich, Switzerland.

"Now, with German language support, the days of paying over $5000 for a professional 3D CAD system are over".
