Shaft coupling sleeves handle arduous
duties
A new range of Hytrel sleeves complements the Sure-Flex range of durable pump shaft couplings.
Abssac is now supplying a complete range of Hytrel sleeves to complement its range of Sure-Flex durable pump shaft couplings, from sizes 5 to 14 Available in split design for ease of maintenance or in a solid format, all the sleeve sizes complement the existing flanges in the Sure-Flex range

Hytrel is thermoplastic polyester elastomer, which is ideal for flex fatigue and a broad temperature range from -50 to +120C.
Most importantly the sleeves are then strongly resistant to tearing, flex-cut growth, creep and abrasion, making them ideal for arduous shaft coupling sleeve use.
However, its main advantage apart from its mechanical advantage is that its chemical properties make it highly resistant to hydrocarbons and many other fluids, which often quickly degrade existing rubber based coupling sleeves.
With all the advantages to the new Hytrel sleeves can be a long term reliable pump coupling sleeve. Request a free brochure from Abssac ...
