Low-cost precision-quality thrust and radial bearing units are ideally suited for lead screw and ball screw applications.

The latest range of low-cost precision-quality thrust and radial bearing units from Abssac is ideally suited for lead screw and ball screw applications.

The complete kits contain the bearing housing, bearing set, cover, spacer, seal, locknut and set screw, which can be combined with easy to choose, end machining formats available to all lead and ball screws Abssac supplies.

Investing in large stocks allows Abssac to supply same or next day pillow block and flange mounted bearing types that are interchangeable with leading brands at very competitive prices.

The new ranges encompasses both BF simple and BK fixed pedestal designs as well as simple FF and FK fixed flange types.

Stacey Taylor of Abssac says: "By enabling the customer to have the end machining of the lead screw or ball screw supplied ready to fit into the bearing eliminates the customers requirement for any additional secondary machining processes and possible scrap rates".

"The parts supplied are ready to install into the application".
