Operating at high side load impact angles can reduce the life of industrial shock absorbers. To solve this problem Ace Controls International has introduced an optional BV side load adaptor.

To solve this problem Ace Controls International has introduced an optional BV side load adaptor.
The adaptor, which can easily be fitted to most of the Ace shock absorber range, reduces the wear on the rod bearings and increases the operating life of the unit.
The side load adaptor has a threaded body.
The body and plunger are made from hardened high tensile steel.
Ace is also extending its range of rotary dampers with the addition of two new models.
The FYN-N1 damper is made from black polycarbonate and has a damping torque of 300Ncm.
The FRX-A1 is a nylon damper with a 200Ncm damping torque.
All Ace rotary dampers are sealed maintenance free units.
They are available with fixed or adjustable damping rates.
The damping can be clockwise, anticlockwise or in both directions.
Applications include office machinery, lids and flaps, floppy disc drives, CD players, vending machines, medical equipment, furniture plus many others.
