Blowers make less noise about airflow

The EP10 range of compact, variable-speed blowers that can handle both hot and cold air has been upgraded to give enhanced reliability and quieter operation.

The EP10 range of compact, variable-speed blowers that can handle both hot and cold air has been upgraded to give enhanced reliability and quieter operation The blower head is now cast and machined as a single piece, thereby improving manufacture and enhancing stability, essential with operating speeds up to 20,000rev/min

This improvement in manufacturing procedures helps to guarantee correct alignment of a precision spindle with integrated, equally spaced bearings configured specifically to provide even loading from the belt drive mechanism.

The outcome is a more robust and efficient assembly that minimises wear and extends working life.

Also contributing to the EP10's durability are specially engineered hybrid ceramic bearings that are sealed for life to prevent ingress of contaminant and to retain the high-performance grease.

Another enhancement is a new custom-engineered filter that fits directly onto the blower head for simpler assembly and neater appearance.

Flow rates are up to 200m3/h, with pressures up to 250mbar.

Motor options are 5.5 to 18.5kW. Request a free brochure from Air Control Industries ...
