Blow gun could eliminate need for compressed air
Quieter than compressed air guns, the ACI BG-32 blow gun claims to be ten times cheaper to run than compressed air and is safer
This improvement in manufacturing procedures helps to guarantee correct alignment of a precision spindle with integrated, equally spaced bearings configured specifically to provide even loading from the belt drive mechanism.
The outcome is a more robust and efficient assembly that minimises wear and extends working life.
Also contributing to the EP10's durability are specially engineered hybrid ceramic bearings that are sealed for life to prevent ingress of contaminant and to retain the high-performance grease.
Another enhancement is a new custom-engineered filter that fits directly onto the blower head for simpler assembly and neater appearance.
Flow rates are up to 200m3/h, with pressures up to 250mbar.
Motor options are 5.5 to 18.5kW. Request a free brochure from Air Control Industries ...
