Service aims to reinforce the importance of regular maintenance while providing assistance with servicing issues and offering suggestions for remedying system failures.
ACI-Support.com is a new service offered by Air Control Industries to customers to facilitate on-going maintenance of installed equipment.
Initially the service will focus on the company's Dri-Line series of bottle and can drying systems and its EP10 blower.
It is planned to extend the service to include more of its other air movement products shortly.
A major feature of the new service, for registered customers, is the ability to purchase spares and accessories such as drive belts and filter units online.
The purpose of ACI-Support.com is to reinforce the importance of regular maintenance while providing assistance with servicing issues and offering suggestions for remedying system failures.
Further support is provided by including all relevant manuals and key guides to successful operation and maintenance procedures.
