ACP and D has a new high precision linear actuator called the SB-7165 The actuator is based on a two-phase stepping motor with an integrated bronze guidance system with a highly accurate 0.8mm spindle

This pitch enables linear steps of 2um to be achieved when operating the stepping motor in half-step mode.

Microstepping the motor will give the user an extremely 'smooth' performance.

Available in stroke lengths of 22.86mm the SB-7165 has a maximum force output of 180N.

The housing is specially designed to enable one or more sensors to be fitted to the unit which could be used for referencing or positional movements.

Starting at a little over GBP 170, large discounts are available for quantities above 10 pieces.
