iNspect is a simple, fully configurable machine vision software and vision package designed for plant operators, factory personnel and systems integrators.

iNspect offers a wide range of tools for many machine vision applications including measurement and gauging, label inspection, defect analysis, 1D and 2D barcodes, pattern tools and optical character recognition.

iNspect software comes installed as standard on Dalsa iPD vision appliances, which are robust industrial devices for automated inspection.

iNspect 1.6.0.0 will initially be available on only two platforms, the standard VA61 and a modified VA31.

Both of these platforms provide GigE ports for interfacing with colour GigE cameras.

The VA61 provides multiple GigE ports that make it easier to interface camera and network resources.

Dalsa iPD vision appliances provide end users and system integrators with high-performance, easy to use, cost-effective and compact machine vision systems for single or multiple camera machine vision inspections.
