Adlink Technology has developed two new highly advanced digital vision packages with Camera Link solutions, the VP-GL101k-2K and VP-GA102k.

The VP-GL101k-2K package is the perfect solution for line-scanning inspection systems, and is totally compatible with Adlink's PCI-8164 motion card that is capable of being deployed in on-the-fly external trigger applications.

The easy to operation function is an ideal choice for beginners to evaluate in line-scanning applications.

The VP-GA102k package is the best choice for high-accuracy and high-resolution inspection systems.

It incorporates a camera with 12bit ADC resolution, providing up to 4096 grey scales for each pixel.

The VP-GL101k-2K includes one EureSys GrabLink value board, one Basler L101k-2K/F camera (lens not included), and one Camera Link cable kit whereas the VP-GA102k includes one EureSys GrabLink value board, one Basler A102k/C camera (lens not included), and one Camera Link cable kit.

The EureSys GrabLink value board supports line-scan and area-scan in base Camera Link configuration, and also supports signal acquisitions of 24bit at a maximum 33MHz.

It uses a 32bit, 33MHz PCIbus interface and provides 8Mbyte of SDRAM onboard.

The GrabLink value board also provides asynchronous reset, exposure control and I/O lines for trigger and strobe and a Camera Link serial line is configurable as an additional PC COM port.

The Basler L101k-2K/F is a monochrome line-scanning CCD camera with a 2048 pixel sensor.

It provides 8 or 10bit digital video output and single/dual-tap data output.

It has a very high wavelength sensitivity of up to 900nm, and has two electronic exposure control mode.

It is well manufactured and can provide image acquisition with high planar, parallel and angular precision.

The Basler A102k/C is a monochrome area-scan CCD camera with a 1392 x 1040pixel sensor.

It can provide 8 or 10bit digital video output and dual-tap data output.

It supports frame rate of up to 14.79frame/s with a C-mount lens.
