The Clevermount range of weighing assemblies is specifically designed with ease of installation in mind.
For engineers who need a vessel, tank or hopper weighing system for operation in a range of environments including hazardous, sterile or external - finding a solution that covers all requirements can be challenging.
With years of experience and months of research and discussion with existing clients, Applied Weighing, the UK's leading manufacturer of load cells and weighing systems has developed the Clevermount range of weighing assemblies.
Weighing systems can now be installed for vessels, tanks and hoppers in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of accuracy.
The Clevermount is specifically designed with ease of installation in mind.
A vessel can be supported during commissioning with or without the load cell located within the assembly.
It can also be inserted or removed without the need to jack the vessel.
In addition, the assembly ensures that the vessels are securely mounted in position without the need for additional supports - it even has integral uplift protection.
Importantly, the assembly can be used in hygiene sensitive areas such as clean-room's thanks to its simple design which minimises bug traps.
This range is designed to operate in both harsh and sterile environments.
The load cell and assembly are manufactured from stainless steel to IP68 rating for maximum ingress protection.
The assembly comes with a five year guarantee and for hazardous areas is ATEX approved.
