Now available from Aerco is a range of miniature relays designed specifically for automotive applications and manufactured by Japanese company Taiko Device Ltd These new relays include in a selection of types with various contact arrangements, twin and single coil, different capacities and with sizes down to sub-miniature and low profile versions

Each of the eight types is designed to meet a specific automotive application including: powering windows, door locks, seat controls, sunroofs, aerials, door mirrors, cruise controls, lamps, flashers, air conditioning equipment - in fact virtually all automotive applications.

The relays have an operating temperature range from -40C to +85C and the contacts open automatically during overload conditions.

Although designed for automotive applications, these relays are also highly suitable for any commercial environment where low cost and high reliability are required.
