A range of holding magnets from Mechetronics, the UK's leading solenoid manufacturer, is now available from Aerco The GM series covers a wide range of power and size with a choice of six versions from the smallest, a 20mm diameter version that provides a holding force of 140N, up to the largest that is 80mm in diameter and has a holding force of 3000N

The GM series is highly cost-effective and durable and is ideal for holding components in place in the manufacturing and printing industries and is suitable for any application that requires a magnetic force to be applied while a current is supplied to the unit.

The magnets are manufactured from Class H materials, are 100% ED and are sealed to IP65.

All units are zinc plated and are supplied with flying leads and a choice of one or three tapped securing holes.
