AEG-Lafert has appointed Team Rewinds as its latest AEG Motor Partner to provide total life cycle support for its products in the North East and Birmingham areas of the UK.

AEG-Lafert has appointed Team Rewinds as its latest AEG Motor Partner to provide total life cycle support for its products in the North East and Birmingham areas of the UK Team will provide, from its Gateshead and Castle Bromwich sites, repair and maintenance programmes including energy efficiency motor audits which enable the end user to upgrade to the CEMEP efficiency class Eff1 at the most commercially viable time

Ged Lydon Sales Manager for Team comments: "Our customers are aware of the benefits of the Enhanced Capital Allowances available for CEMEP class Eff1 motors but still maintain that a planned maintenance and replacement scheme is essential for reducing downtime.

The partnership with AEG provides a UK stock of Eff1 motors to support us in offering a total package for plant and motor efficiency".

Team, formerly an ABB Motor Service Partner, will carry local stocks of AEG Eff1 motors up to 110kW with up to 200kW available from the AEG UK stocks held by strategic partner MCD in Weston-super-Mare.
