Motors conforming to the highest energy efficiency standards for Europe and North America, ideal for pumping applications, are available from stock from AEG Electric Motors.

For Europe, AEG offers its Eff1 rated AMHE range of AC induction motors.

They are eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowances under the DEFRA scheme to counter the Climate Change Levy.

The motors are available in ratings from 1.1 to 90kW in both two- and four-pole configurations.

AEG's motor for the North American market comprise the AMH and HE ranges.

These machines meet the higher efficiency demands of the USA's Department of Energy's Energy Policy Act (EPAct): it is illegal to import motors in to the USA that do not comply with this standard.

These motors are available in ratings from 1.1 to 150kW in IEC frame sizes 90-315 in both two- and four-pole versions.

In addition to EPAct requirements, these motors are a recognised component verified by Underwriters Laboratories and carry the UL approved logo.
