The IL393UV is the first UV analyser to combine dosage measurements, for ensuring product quality, with system diagnostics in one simple automated package.

The IL393UV is the first UV analyser to combine dosage measurements, for ensuring product quality, with system diagnostics in one simple automated package.

The IL393UV uniformity view UV exposure meter is a compact, self-contained instrument that can acquire maximum irradiance at every point along a curing path to monitor the process and then provides graphic profiling.

Featuring a new series of factory installed filtering options for optimum sensitivity in the UVA, UVB or UVC, UVA+B, and deep blue regions, this process monitor lets operators precisely match the product sensitivity to the process.

The IL393UV improves upon its predecessors, the IL290 and IL390, by adding sophisticated run-time system diagnostics.

Capable of performing total exposure, peak irradiance, irradiance profile, duration measurements, and run-time diagnostics, the IL393UV can display quantitative and qualitative analysis of a process run by recalling a stored baseline run.

This information is provided automatically and immediately, on-the-spot without the need of a separate computer or to run complicated software.

Measuring only 0.5in thick, it is battery powered and operates over a wide dynamic range of 1mW/cm2 to an unmatched 20W/cm2, and is internationally traceable.

Quite simply, the IL393UV represents complete, easy to understand, run-time analysis of a process and equipment at the press of a single button.

It is the ultimate diagnostic tool for web-based UV curing.

The IL393UV is available in two standard versions and may be supplied with custom filtration on request.
