The RHE 15 Profibus-DP module was developed for use with the Rheonik range of Coriolis mass flow meters.
Able Instruments and Controls has released the RHE 15 Profibus-DP module developed for use with the Rheonik range of Coriolis mass flow meters.
The Profibus-DP module enables both the RHE14 and RHE12 transmitters with Profibus functionality and more.
Features of the RHE 15 include a compact housing, DIN rail mounting, baud rate up to 1.5 Mbit/s and optional pulse input or three analogue inputs.
Rheonik Coriolis mass flow meters have an omega tube which has a torsional or swinging movement, rather than the bending motion traditionally associated with Coriolis mass meters.
This allows increased tube wall thickness in the design, resulting in exceptional resistance to abrasion, operation under high pressures and no requirement for the secondary containment often associated with other element designs.
