AC Engineering reckons its new vacuum diaphragm pump is capable of performing an impressive array of tasks The versatile device can: pump air to a vacuum level of 6mbar absolute with a flow capacity of 26 litre/min; pump liquid, including chemicals; pump solids and contain them in a separate canister; pump steam at 120C; and provide output pressure of 20lb/in2

This wide range of capabilities allows one pump to replace several single-application pumps.

It also reduces the risk of damage due to improper use.

Best of all, the pump can be rinsed through with water and detergent after use.
