ABL1000 offers a fully preloaded linear positioner in a noncontact design, with a linear encoder feedback which provides 2nm resolution.

Driven by a noncontact linear brushless servomotor, this stage provides an excellent solution whether the application requires small, accurate steps or constant smooth velocity.

Designed to achieve a high bandwidth of control, ABL1000 is suitable for high frequency operation.

Aerotech offers a wide selection of state-of-the-art controllers for the ABL1000, including the Automation 3200 software controller with digital drives, which offers 62pm resolution, in addition to Aerotech's PCIbus-based U500, or the stand-alone U511.

Convenient rack or panel-mount amplifiers are available for all systems.
