Agile Systems MAX3000 platform combines up to four axes of digital servo amplifiers with DSP motion control, and serial network in the smallest form factor possible for truly distributed motion control applications.

The MAX3000 is typically installed inside the machine and robot housing to reduce wiring and improve performance.

For high performance multi-axis applications Agile combines a 3rd-order interpolation and Firewire communication to synchronise and spline position and velocity setpoints.

By adding both capabilities simultaneously, Agile has provided an ideal solution for advanced robotic applications requiring host based kinematic calculations.

Built around Agile's DigitalPower block technology the MAX3000 is a modular architecture that allows the user to preselect the voltage and current to match the desired motor requirements.

A 400W, three-phase DigitalPower block is 1.5 x 2in.

A four-axis MAX3000 that is capable of driving four 400W brushless motors is 3.4 x 5.3in, including Firewire communication and 3rd-order interpolation.
