Miller, Ravalli and Spurr come onboard

Matt Miller, Sab Ravalli and William Spurr have joined the board of directors at Agile Systems.

Agile Systems elected three new directors to its board at its annual shareholders meeting last month.

They are Matt Miller, Sab Ravalli and William Spurr.

Matt Miller is the CEO of Multispectral Imaging, and brings many years of experience working with semiconductor chips, infra-red sensors and instrumentation.

He has been an advisor to the venture capital community and has served on a number of public and private company boards of directors as well as investment advisory boards.

Sab Ravalli is the CEO of Prodomax Automation, and has spent many years in industrial automation and has played a significant role in the successful design and implementation of numerous automated robotic systems for the automotive industry.

William Spurr is President of Bombardier Transportation North America, and is an engineer who has held a variety of national and international senior positions in the fields of engineering, project management and international business development.

Spurr sits on a number of private boards of directors.

These three seasoned leaders bring a breadth of business knowledge and practical experience to the strategic direction of Agile Systems and will augment the financial acumen of the existing board members.

Dr Miller, Sab Ravalli and William Spurr will join the board along with existing directors Ralph Steedman (CEO), Wally Hunter (Chairman) (RBC Capital Partners), Bernardo Llovera (Expansion Capital) and Phil Reddon (Covington Capital).
