Publicity courses can improve any business

An AGM Training product story

AGM Publicity (Training) has introduced a programme of courses for companies wanting to establish a new in-house publicity unit or improve the effectiveness of existing PR facilities.

Both half-day and full-day courses are offered for any number of people, adapted to each client and held at a company's offices or a nearby venue.

With increasing costs of promotion, a growing number of large and small companies are setting up their promotional activities in-house and making considerable savings, while often improving their media presence and getting more sales enquiries.

The courses cover all aspects of publicity from writing and presenting press releases to press launches, editorial opportunities, photography and other tools of the PR trade.

A company crisis plan is set up and clients are helped to produce their first release.

Advertising and newsletter production sessions are included in the whole day course, and full course notes are provided.

"The trial courses have proved highly successful", says Alan Godfrey, AGM's Senior Partner and course presenter.

"The cost of the course can be recovered virtually immediately by the advice given".

AGM Publicity is the only agency at present used by trade media and exhibition organisers to present sessions on practical publicity throughout the UK.

Sister agency AGM Associates has provided full PR and advertising services to the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the UK and internationally for 18 years.
