Ashton Seals has become a distributor for the American sealing company, JM Clipper.
Ashton Seals has become a distributor for the American sealing company, JM Clipper.
As part of the agreement, Ashton Seals will stock a wide range of JM Clipper oil seals in both solid and split styles that are available in Nitrile and Viton.
Originally developed in the 1930's for use on the Pan Am Clipper airliners, today the full line of Clipper oil seals is used in a wide range of equipment from pumps and gearboxes, to construction and mining machinery through to industrial equipment.
The seals are also used in virtually every industrial plant including primary metals, pulp and paper, chemical and petrochemical, power generation commented Ashton.
In addition to JM Clipper oil seals, Ashton Seals also has access to further products from the JM Clipper sealing range, including:- Uneepac moulded packings for hydraulic and pneumatic reciprocating shaft applications and Duxseal sealing compound for industrial and engineering applications.
