The 55,000 Series is a complete range of push-in fittings, including connectors, valves and adaptors, designed for ease of installation specifically in the pneumatics and OEM industries

Aignep, the Italian market leader in the manufacturing of pipework fittings, valves and couplings, is introducing its new range of push-in fittings to the UK The 55,000 Series is a complete range, including connectors, valves and adaptors, that is designed for both ease of installation and use specifically in the pneumatics and OEM industries

Using a revolutionary new "short" male thread, these fittings reduce the overall dimensions of the joint, allowing for assembly with both taper and parallel female threads.

To ensure a secure connection when the surfaces are not perfectly flat, all of the threads in the Series 55,000 range are equipped with tightening seals, which also allow direct assembly to the fittings and reduce installation time.

All straight fittings with "short" and parallel threads can be assembled using an Allen wrench, allowing for installation in compact areas.

The Aignep Series 55,000 fittings are made from the latest generation technopolymeric materials to ensure that they are both lightweight and safe.

They are non-conductive and, in the case of overpressure, they are ductile enough to resist damage.

The collets themselves are made from stainless steel, which enables perfect tube clamping with many kinds of materials, including Polyurethane and Polyethylene, without damaging the surface.

This is maintained even in severe conditions such as impact and vibration.

Tube diameters from 4mm to 12mm can be accommodated.
