Industrial Automation Solution company Iconics has chosen ATS as its official training partner for European and Australian customers.
Industrial Automation Solution company Iconics has chosen ATS as its official training partner for European and Australian customers.
The appointment of ATS as training partner is part of Iconics' strategy to optimise worldwide coverage in key growth areas using partners locally to offer professional training and support.
In a joint statement Mr Russ, President of Iconics, and Mike James, Group Managing Director of ATS International, stated: "By combining forces ATS and Iconics can offer knowledge and expertise throughout Europe and Australia to local and global users of Iconics products".
"The professional and independent training services of ATS complement Iconics knowledge driven product development programme".
"With Iconics surge ahead in recent years and ATS' positioning as the premier training company for Industrial and process automation and IT users we feel the fit could not be better and look forward to supporting users and potential users of Iconics products".
Key product suites are Genesis32 HMI/Scada and BizViz Manufacturing Intelligence.
The Genesis32 suite consists of a number of automation tools: AlarmWorX32, GraphWorX32, TrendWorX32, ProjectWorX32, ScriptWorX32, Security Server and Screen Manager.
Genesis32 Software is currently in its fifth generation, and is based on OPC technology.
It supports all Microsoft's platforms and all standard PC platforms including Microsoft tablets, portables, industrial PCs and Symmetric multiprocessor servers.
The BizViz Suite includes products that bridge the gap between manufacturing and corporate business information systems.
The core is in its new data mining and Web portal technologies.
BizViz is written from the ground up on Microsoft.NET and SharePoint technology integration.
The Iconics BizViz Suite enables the bridging of industrial or corporate database, integrates information from different data sources, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, OPC HDA (Historical Data Access), AE (Alarm and Events), and OPC real-time information.
ATS's Training division offers Iconics courses in multiple languages at ATS offices throughout Europe and Australia, or on-site training courses combined with custom made courses for specific needs.
