A novel training programme aims to set global standards for training in industrial automation.

A novel training programme aims to set global standards for training in industrial automation.

The World-Wide Training Certification (WWTC) programme is based on a combination of known and recognised automation and IT training courses.

The training is based on different automation platforms and can be provided in different locations in English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch.

The WWTC is intended for maintenance technicians, engineers, programmers and IT personnel.

Without having to go back to school, the students attain a recognised certificate, which provides a good basis for the next step on the career ladder.

ATS certification is available for a: World-Wide Certified Maintenance Technician (four sessions); World-Wide Certified Maintenance Engineer (five sessions); World-Wide Certified Programmer (four sessions); and World-Wide Certified Engineer (five sessions).

The WWTC programme answers many requests from students that have taken courses at ATS since 1986.

In addition to theoretical training, students undertake competence training with practical exercises using the automation system of choice under close supervision from the trainer.

Different PLC and Scada hardware and software and network equipment are available to choose from.

The selected automation platform is mentioned on each certificate.

After completion of the entire programme, the "World-Wide Training Certificate" is issued to the participants.

Regardless of the language or the location of the ATS training centre, all courses are identical.

Of course this also applies to the World-Wide Training Certification.

Training centres are located in the USA, Belgium, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Australia.
