Axium Process offers a rapid turnaround fabrication service for companies requiring high quality stainless-steel components and assemblies built to their own specification The company's capabilities range from the production of adaptors and manifolds to the supply of fully integrated manual or automatic hygienic process plant

In-house orbital welding is used wherever appropriate for weld reproducibility and integrity and although specialising in the rapid turnaround of bespoke fabrications, the company offers a full range of standard tees, bends, Y pieces and filters.

Emphasis in the company's new customised factory is on clean engineering and working environment and the company operates to the strict standards and procedures expected by the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage industries.

Material traceability to BS EN10204/DIN50049 3.1.B is available on request and objective consistency of finish is attained by a profilometer.

Surface finishes include mechanical polishes to 0.25um Ra, and glass bead blasting and electropolishing are also available.
