Axium Process offers pilot plant test facilities for customers wishing to develop or enhance their product using any of the filters from the newly launched Pure-Screen filter range.

A complete range of interchangeable filters is available to optimise filtration level requirements.

Trials can be carried out either at the customer's own site or in Axium Process's modern facility by experienced, technical staff.

The plant is mobile and has temperature control facilities.

Alternatively, filters from the Pure-Screen range are available on a two-month sale or return service at nominal cost.

Designed for critical applications where filter failure or collapse is not an option, the Pure-Screen filter range is suited to a wide range of applications including fruit juices, beer, sweet production, chocolate mass, fats, sugars, flavourings, yoghurt, soft cheese, fermentation broths, creams, gels, paints, varnishes, oils, greases and CIP solutions.

Available in a 4in body design as standard, the Pure-Screen filter range employs no O-rings and has a metal to metal seal design which ensures that the filter element can be removed easily and without sticking.

The filters are easy to maintain and require no tools for access or cleaning.

Elements are interchangeable and are available ex stock from 25 up to 3000um rating.

They can accept a 10bar pressure differential in either forward or reverse flow without damage.

Axium Process offers a specialist fabrication service and filters can be fabricated to customer specification including a high capacity 6in body design, a jacketed design for product heating or cooling, a duplex or multiplex option and a stand alone design complete with framework.
