A comprehensive range of stainless steel tank manways includes a new PED certified range and a crevice free option to minimise potential bacterial contamination.

Axium Process offers a comprehensive range of stainless steel tank manways which includes a new PED certified range with working pressures of up to 8bar(g) and a crevice free option which is designed with a domed, low product holdup cover and EPDM glueless seal to minimise potential bacterial contamination.

The company's extensive stock of manways are available with material certification to BS EN1004/DIN50049 3.1 and include rectangular, oval and circular options.

Designed for low and high pressure applications, sizes range from 100 up to 1200mm diameter and include lever, clamp and swivel arm options.

Standard seal options include silicone or EPDM depending upon the type of manway as well as a range of replacement seals which include Viton, nitrile and natural rubber seal options.

Specialist in-house fabrication and finishing services enable the company to offer tank manways to customer requirements.

As well as offering a complementary range of tank ferrules with full material traceability, sightglasses and sprayballs, Axium Process also stocks a comprehensive range of hygienic stainless steel fittings and components including filters, valves, flanges, tube and plain ended fittings as well as complete unions in RJT, DIN, SMS and clamp.
