Specialist stainless-steel fabricator Axium Process has increased its stock of hygienic stainless-steel process equipment, tube and pipe fittings in order to meet the growing demand from the process industries for quick delivery and consistent quality products together with material certification to BS EN10204.
The company stocks a comprehensive range of hygienic 316 and 316L stainless steel filters, tank manways, valves, sprayballs, sightglasses, flanges, bends, tees, Y-pieces, RJT, DIN, SMS, IDF and light duty, standard and high pressure clamp unions.
Axium Process maintains in-house machining, fabrication, polishing, orbital and manual welding facilities to ASME IX and BS287-1 and its team of engineers are specialists in helping customers who require rapid component fabrication or need assistance with product design or development.
Working primarily in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, Axium process has fully embraced the need for full component traceability.
The company offers NDT including dye penetrant, ferroxyl and surface Ra, together with full certification for citric or nitric acid passivation, pressure testing, materials and conformity.
