A new motion detecting sensor uses a patented design to sense movement in any direction.

Active Switch and Sensor has a new motion detecting sensor which uses a patented design to sense movement in any direction.

The switch is only 5.5mm in overall size and has two pins for easy PCB mounting.

The contacts are normally closed contacts, rated at 6V DC and 30mA, and change state when subject to movement.

The switch is an easy replacement for mercury motion switches offering exceptional life and repeatability at prices up to 70% existing mercury switch costs.

Temperature range is -30 to +80C with good resistance to vibration and humidity.
