The RM1240 proximity switch has an M10 threaded brass/nickel plated body and can be supplied with a Form A (normally open), or Form C (changeover) contact.

The RM1240 proximity switch from Active Switch and Sensor has an M10 threaded brass/nickel plated body and can be supplied with a Form A (normally open), or Form C (changeover) contact The normally open contact is rated at 300V AC, 0.5A, 10VA, and the changeover contact at 200V AC, 0.5A, 5W

Both switches have a 300mm cable for easy termination.

A magnet with the same size housing as the RM1240 switch can be supplied.

This enables easy adjustment of both the switch and magnet.

This switch is useful for a wide range of position sensing applications, especially for control and process applications.
