Aktrion Quality Services has launched its Liaison Engineering Service to provide TS/ISO qualified engineers.
Aktrion offers support to the automotive industries through its skilled locally-based resource throughout European automotive OEMs and the major Tier 1 supply chain.
The company said its Liaison Engineering Service provides businesses with a cost effective and efficient quality control and assurance solution, with typical savings of more than GBP50,000 per year, per site.
Providing control from a distance, the service can be used as the firm's eyes and ears on site, co-ordinating containment at site with point of delivery, offering managed and standardised control of multi-point delivery issues and effective communication, while minimising disruption to a core specialist resource and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Alongside traditional fixed contract support services, a pay-as-you-go option can offer added flexibility in terms of time and locations.
