Albacom has developed a new resonant power supply which produces a controllable high-frequency high voltage sinusoidal alternating current output.

It delivers up to 10Kw of power at configurable output voltages of up to 20 kV peak to peak.

Power conversion efficiency is typically 95% and 3-phase power factor better than 0.9.

The resonant power converter incorporates zero-switching techniques and will tune automatically to the resonant frequency of the load.

Operating frequency will vary according to load and power level typically between 20 khZ and 40 kHz range.

No user adjustment of operating frequency is required to achive optimum power transfer of the load.

HV 120 is designed to meet CE requirements for EMC and electrical safety.

Typical applications include: Corona generation, Ozone generation, and Induction heating.
