Analysis tools on show in China

Algor V16.1 will be demonstrated at the fifth annual Solid Edge Asia Pacific Reseller Conference, being held from 21st to 24th February 2005 in Hainan Island, China.

The conference brings Solid Edge resellers together to learn more about "easing the design of complex products".

As a Certified Select application in the Solid Edge Voyager Programme, Algor's easy-to-use single-user interface, Fempro, provides direct CAD/CAE data exchange and full associativity for each design change in Solid Edge software.

This allows Solid Edge users to simply choose the analysis tools they need, giving them access to Algor's wide range of simulation capabilities beyond simple static stress, such as mechanical event simulation (MES) with linear and nonlinear material models, linear dynamics, steady-state and transient heat transfer, steady and unsteady fluid flow, electrostatics and full multiphysics.
