Amalgamated Instrument Co (AIC) has just announced a new range of conductivity cells to add to its already comprehensive selection.

The new range, with the product code TBSS, is a mere 12mm in diameter! This slimline approach allows conductivity measurements in narrow pipework where previously special arrangements would have had to be made.

The design uses fully internal measurement techniques that minimises the effect of pipe walls etc on readings.

A Pt100 temperature sensor is placed internally at the tip of the inner electrode providing fast response for automatic temperature compensation.

The cells are available in K=0.1, K=1.0 and K=10 cell constants to allow the range to be used in a very wide range of applications.

These additions to AIC's range of conductivity cells are the perfect complement to their range of intelligent monitors and controllers.
