Series 54 pH and ORP electrodes from Amalgamated Instrument Co are an economical answer to inline pH and ORP sensing in light industrial applications.

Series 54 pH and ORP electrodes from Amalgamated Instrument Co are an economical answer to inline pH and ORP sensing in light industrial applications The electrodes feature a double junction reference to enhance the resistance to reference contamination and to increase electrode life

The sensing elements are protected by a bulb guard.

The process connection is a 0.5in NPT thread.

Detachable cables allow the electrodes to be easily installed and removed from a process.

The cables are available in three lengths - 1, 5 and 10m - and are fitted with either a BNC connector or "bootlace" pin terminations.

The cables have a protective "boot" over the electrode connector.

The electrodes are colour coded - pH has a blue cap and ORP has a red cap - to further enhance the ease of use.

The 54 series electrodes have a temperature rating to 80C and a pressure rating to 5bar.

Wetted materials are ABS, glass and platinum (in the ORP electrode).

Examples of applications could include: swimming pools; aquaria; aquiculture operations; and food and beverage applications using a sample bypass chamber.
