A new range of loop powered indicators is available in IP65 field or wall mount enclosures.

A new range of loop powered indicators is available in IP65 field or wall mount enclosures The indicators are available in two models

The RT6-LP-4C features a four-digit display with 12.7mm high LCD digits.

The RT6-LP-6C has a six-digit display also with 12.7mm high LCD digits.

These indicators can be configured to operate from a 4-20 or 10-50mA loop with a very low voltage drop (2V at 4mA and 2.3V at 20mA).

This allows multiple displays to be used on the same two-wire loop.

The RT6-LP-6C, six-digit model, can also function as a ratemeter/totaliser with battery backup of the total.

Both models have two external or remote inputs that can be separately configured to one of a wide range of functions.

These functions include "peak hold": "display hold": "high memory" and "low memory".

The six-digit model also offers "clear total" as a remote function.

All setup, calibration and programming is achieved by pushbuttons and no special test equipment is required.

An effective feature is a programmable high overrange or low overrange indication.

The indicators can be programmed to either flash the display with the value or "or" when the indicated value goes above a configured value or below a configured value.

These values need not be set (the functions can be turned on or off independently).

This feature enhances the functionality of the indicators by providing a visual indication of a situation that may need attention.

These indicators are ideal for applications where a local display is required on a two-wire analogue loop and where there are challenging environmental conditions.
