A third addition to Ambersil's already comprehensive range of mould protection sprays has addressed a number of problems that can be potentially very costly to injection moulders.

Over application of conventional oil based protectives can cause staining problems on subsequent mouldings, this is because the penetrative action of oil can lead to the protective penetrating deep into the ejection system and gas vents of the mould tool.

It can then cause staining problems to the moulded article, which can only be resolved by costly and time consuming tool strip down and clean.

Ambersil Green mould protective can overcome this particular problem.

It is presented as a viscous, almost dry protective which will not run-off or creep into the mould tool.

It also encorporates a highly visible green dye, which ensures total coverage and thus complete protection.

It is also resistant to the effects of high humidity.

Green mould protective does need to be cleaned off before moulding recommences as it self ejects during the first few start up cycles.

If removal is preferred then Ambersil Mould Cleaner or, one of the range of Amberklene solvents will completely remove it.
