Amberklene ME20 is a powerful solvent blend which contains no CFCs or other chlorinated solvents, effectively degreasing all hydrocarbon soiling and cleaning most plastics and metals
Ambersil has found another use for their product Amberklene ME20.
Yet again in the Ambersil headquarters the photocopier was having problems.
The cause of the problem was found to be a large build up of baked toner on the heated Teflon roller, apparently a common complaint.
This is where Ambersil's Group Product Manager, Will McAllister, stepped in and suggested to the photocopier engineer that he might try Amberklene ME20 to remove the build up of baked toner.
Amberklene ME20 was sprayed onto a cloth and wiped directly onto the roller.
It rapidly removed toner build up and due to the residual heat in the toner the Amberklene ME20 residue evaporated quickly, leaving the roller clean and fit for use.
It has been estimated that the copier could run for another 2000+ copies.
This is particularly useful in the event of not having a replacement roller in stock because it would keep photocopiers working correctly at least until the Teflon roller is in stock and can be replaced.
Amberklene ME20 is a powerful solvent blend which contains no CFC's or other chlorinated solvents.
It is a highly effective degreasing agent for all hydrocarbon soiling and efficiently cleans most plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, evaporating to leave a clean, dry surface.
Amberklene ME20 also has great cleaning properties on office equipment, PCB's and electronics.
