AME Product Development Services (Rapid Prototyping) have recently invested in a state of the art RIM (Resin Injection Moulding) machine to produce low volume, high quality parts from master models, produced in house via Stereolithography.

The technique is rapid, efficient and high quality and is performed by injecting resin into a pre manufactured "soft" or "hard" tool.

Also, AME have invested in CNC machining to produce master models, tooling, components in production materials just to name a few applications.
