Ecocontact is a silver based product that significantly reduces power loss in high-current electrical connections.
AMC-ETEC has carried out long term tests which show that Ecocontact can reduce the voltage drop over connections by up to 90%.
As a result of the diminished resistance in connections, heat problems are also substantially reduced.
After having applied Ecocontact to several customer installations, the company has seen that the extremely positive test results are backed up by real production efficiency gains.
Depending on the local electricity supply, the return on invest period is very short.
In some European markets, it has been proven to be less than 4 months.
Ecocontact is very simple to apply.
It reduces the need for maintenance, because connections much less frequently need to be disassembled for cleaning.
It saves power, reduces heat problems and can help companies improve on their ecological profile as they cause even less disturbance to their surroundings.
