The new enhanced Amot 22000 series stainless-steel control valve suits both pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.

The new enhanced Amot 22000 series stainless-steel control valve suits both pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.

The critical design objective for the new product was to further enhance its robustness and service life.

A further benefit is simplified construction providing easier servicing and maintenance.

The ported exhaust feature allows the same valve to be used in both hydraulic and pneumatic applications.

All gases or hydraulic fluids are captured and vented through an internal exhaust port.

This increases versatility and reduces the inventory required by system integrators and end-users that have traditionally required separate hydraulic and pneumatic control valves.

The innovative O-ring spool eliminates the possibility of incorrect assembly in the field.

The valve maximum operating pressure of 10bar satisfies all anticipated applications.

The unit's pilot piston has been designed with a smaller surface area, which provides a 50% reduction in the force to manually shift the valve compared to the previous design.

Typical applications include wellhead, compressor, pump and safety control systems.

The new 22000 series is complimented by Amot's range of stainless-steel direct-acting solenoid valves, explosion-proof solenoid valves, intrinsically safe solenoid valves, stick pilot valves and filter regulators.
