"Plug and Play" PCI Analogue Output Boards
The PCI224 and PCI234 PCI bus analog output boards are high performance plug and play boards costing less than most comparable "low-cost" boards.
Large displays offer 50 or 100mm high LEDs
Designed to enable displayed data to be read over long distances, the BDF series are large four or six digit displays with 50 (2in) or 100mm (4in) high LEDs.
The Peak710VL SBC features an Intel socket 478 Pentium 4 CPU with 400MHz system bus operating up to and beyond 2GHz, trebling the performance of certain other 133MHz FSB (front side bus) CPU's.
In addition, an ATI Rage 128 Pro AGP 4X VGA controller with 16MB memory is also featured as a highly reliable but flexible choice to match the P4 chip.
This new VGA controller delivers the most powerful video performance and capability there is currently on the marketplace.
With a unique, structure enhancing PCB layout, to allow loading of heavy CPU heatsink and fan, the board also achieves a maximum capacity on its Intel 845 core logic chip of 3GB SDRAM, via the three onboard 168-pin DIMM slots.
This structure meets all the requirements of embedded and industrial applications and also allows high-level memory solutions to be installed.
Additional features include: the DVI interface to provide LCD panel support, extending the graphics capabilities for flat panel displays; Intel ICH2 and 562 chips embedding 10/100 base Tx LAN, and an onboard upgrade option for end users who wish to expand - via a 32bit/33MHz PCI interface for dual channel ultra SCSI 160.
Video applications particularly suited to the device include Video on Demand, Video Streaming, Video over IP, 3D, animation, etc.
In addition the board fits neatly into network security systems and as the core for application servers.
Multi-segmented CTI integration utilising multi-segmented backplanes provides high quality video without sacrificing system operations.
The full size SBC with 32bit/33MHz PCI/ISA golden finger, is PCI version 2.0 and PICMG 1.0 (Rev 2.00) compliant, and the onboard VGA is fully PC98/99 compliant.
The device is both CE and FCC Class A approved.
Amplicon provides in-depth pre and post sale support, with technical engineers on hand 5 days a week.
