"Plug and Play" PCI Analogue Output Boards
The PCI224 and PCI234 PCI bus analog output boards are high performance plug and play boards costing less than most comparable "low-cost" boards.
The Power Factor Correction controls the harmonic distortion that is reflected onto the supply by the power converter, and power supplies provided by Amplicon meet the 1995prA14;2000 revision of this technical file.
In addition to this important upgrade Amplicon has also introduced the fan cooled model as standard, ensuring operation at the full 200 watts of output.
For those customers who are able to limit their load to 150 watts and do not want fan noise, the PFC200 series is available to special order.
Both single and multiple output models are available for 200W of continuous output power, designed with identical pinouts to the PU200 models to allow for easy interchange.
Each unit is constructed on a printed circuit board with a U bracket for mechanical support and heat sinking.
Both over-voltage and short-circuit protection is provided, as well as a power fail detect signal.
Amplicon provides a complete range of Protek power supplies from 30W to 200W, all of which are compliant with EN61000-3-2, 1995prA14;2000.
Customers are therefore able to make use of the range in the knowledge that they will be meeting the regulations required by the industry.
