Amtech Power Software has launched a brand new version of its market leading electrical design software.

Amtech Power Software has launched a brand new version of its market leading electrical design software.

The new version is packed with over 20 major new features and is a result of listening and responding to customers' requests over the past 12 months.

This will take the Amtech range of software forward with new levels of power, speed and efficiency.

With this powerful new version comes a new name.

Amtech is rebranding its popular CableMaster package which will now be called ProDesign.

This is to coincide with the launch of its all new NEC ProDesign for North America.

This is great news for companies with offices worldwide who would like to standardise on Amtech for design software.

ProDesign enables users to design and calculate electrical systems to BS7671/IEC364, calculate economic cable and busbar sizes, voltage drops, fault levels, CPC sizes, and much more.

The software comes preloaded with a massive database of circuit breakers, busbars and cables from leading manufacturers.

The intuitive drawing environment allows users to 'sketch out' a single line diagram in minutes.

Data are entered by clicking on any component and completing the dialog boxes.

With powerful error reporting routines and a built-in help system, circuit designs can be produced in a fraction of the time.

ProDesign includes a new top of the range version which caters for larger projects of up to 400 distribution boards plus other new software tools to help the engineer.

ProDesign is now available in different levels from four to 400 boards to suit all sizes of company.

ProDesign is the most powerful and easy to use software from Amtech yet.

This new launch keeps Amtech in position as the leading UK electrical software manufacturer with worldwide solutions.
