This true closed loop system combines a motion controller, AC motor, drive-amplifier and feedback encoder in one powerful package.
With the release of ServoStep, Animatics delivers to the marketplace a cost-effective SmartMotor designed for economy-driven applications.
ServoStep offers step motor strength and durability without sacrificing any of our state-of-the-art SmartMotor features, such as ease of use, reliability, reduced programming and maintenance costs, and elimination of motor maintenance downtime.
ServoStep is the complete package in an easily deployed and maintained "black-box" solution.
The ServoStep NEMA 34 delivers an impressive continuous torque capability of 7Nm and a nominal speed of 2200rev/min.
ServoStep features include: firmware "plus" functionality; built-in DE (drive enable) hardware for additional power supplies; multi-axis co-ordinated motion; RS485 communication; highly flexible onboard and expandable I/O; closed-loop control; thermal and splash protection; step and direction mode; and variable step ratio.
