After seeing demonstrations of the company's CNC and DRO solutions, he spotted the Team Roberts' grand prix motorcycle on display and left his business card as entry to the draw.
At its site in Banbury, Team Roberts uses an Ajax mill fitted with a three-axis Anilam CNC to help achieve accelerated prototype development.
Commenting on his prize, Russell Pickett said: "We run a very small but successful operation here in Eastleigh, and visited MACH with a particular production problem in mind.
Winning the Anilam draw was a bonus.".
