Anorad has developed a system which produces 1024x encoder resolution multiplication.
Anorad has developed a system which produces 1024x encoder resolution multiplication The new option is available for use with Anorad's IPC-2000, VPC-2000, CNC-2000 and PC-Serv controller series
The 1024x system can interface with third-party controllers.
The 1024x System provides resolutions to 4nm with motion velocities to 4.5m/s when used with Anorad controller.
This performance level makes the 1024x System ideal for many semiconductor applications such as lithography and wafer inspection.
The 1024x System is an excellent alternative to laser interferometer systems, achieving similar performance levels without the complexity and setup calibration procedures.
