An Anderol product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team May 24, 2006

Worldwide manufacturer of synthetic lubricants will be at the Global Petroleum Show where oil and gas processors can learn how the firm's products can enhance the life of equipment and operations.

Anderol, a worldwide manufacturer of synthetic lubricants, will be at the Global Petroleum Show to highlight its high-performance lubricants.

Oil and gas processors can visit stand 6072 and the World Oil Centre Stage forum to learn how the firm's portfolio of industry-proven products can enhance the life of their equipment and operations.

Featured products on the stand include Pumpjack 150, a synthetic-based lubricant formulated to achieve favourable gearbox performance and increase oil pumpability while reducing motor torque.

Resulting benefits include energy savings and optimised maintenance efficiencies.

With a high viscosity index and low pour point, the lubricant boosts oil pumping productivity in extreme cold-weather regions.

The Royco 800 series features synthetic-based compressor lubricants that are engineered with high film strength to protect critical compressor components against rust, wear and corrosion.

Other benefits include extended drain interval, decreased deposits, oxidation stability and enhanced water separation.

Formulated with pour points as low as -55C, these lubricants serve to address low-temperature production difficulties.

This product works well for hydrocarbon compression applications, ensuring reduced solubility in hydrocarbon gases.

They improve performance in gas compression applications including gas transmission, reinjection, chemical processing and compressed natural gas.

"The Global Petroleum Show is a great platform to showcase cutting-edge lubrication", said Wayne Sawyer, Brands Manager, Anderol.

"Our lubricants can effectively extend application life, enhance equipment performance and increase production life".

At the World Oil Centre Stage, Darren Lesinski, Technical Service Manager and OEM Compressor Fluid Development Manager for Anderol, will conduct a session entitled: "Add life to your equipment by selecting the right lubrication techniques".

Held during the Global Petroleum Show, the presentation will take place on Wednesday 14th June, at 12:30pm in the Shawcor Centre, hall D.

Anderol executives and technology experts will be available at the stand to offer personal consultation on increasing energy efficiency, reducing oil consumption and increasing return on investment.
